Flash Removal and 100 % Eye Inspection

Vulcanized parts are transferred to Final Control department prior to packaging wherein flash removal and eye inspection are completed. Parts are checked with the necessary lighting, moist and temperature conditions and any nonconformities are removed. Billboards concerning potential nonconformity types are placed and periodical training is provided.
